بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 02 / 03 / 2008 شكـــوى السيد / وزير البترول سامح بك فهمي حفظك الله ورعاك وأبقاك دوما بصحة وعافية وزادك رفعة وقدرا .... تحية طيبة وبعد ،،، أتقدم إلى سيادتكم بشكواي هذه كأحد العاملين بقطاع البترول والذي إنجازاته لا تخفى على أحد وأثمرت جهود المخلصين من أبنائه تحت إدارتكم وبتوجيهات سيادتكم ، راجيا من المولى العلي القدير أن تعيدوا لي حقوقي وتردوا لي اعتباري مما لاقيت من معاناة ، سائلا سيادتكم تحمل قراءة هذه الشكوى كاملة. سيدي الوزير يحق لي أن اشتكي لكم - بعد أن شكوت لله عز وجل- حيث كان انتمائي للمصرية الدولية لتكنولوجيا الغاز 6 ش 288 المتفرع من ش الجزائر – المعادي الجديدة كمحاسب بعقد تقديم خدمات بتاريخ 17-8-2004 تم إلحاقه بعقد عملية بنظام المكافأة الشاملة بتاريخ 2/10/2005 بالإدارة المالية وحتى تاريخ 28 / 03 / 2007 اشتكي لسيادتكم السيد / عادل راغب الناقة مدير عام الشئون المالية بالشركة .  قيامه بتحرير إيصالات بدلات انتقال باسمي وبدون علمي أو إطلاعي عليها وصرف مبالغ نقدية لغيري وواجهته عند اكتشافي الأمر - أثناء تحريري شيك عهدة نقدية لأحد مسئولي العهدة بالشركة - فعدل السند ولام أحد زملائي – محمد عبد الفتاح زايد - وأطلبه للشهادة بالواقعة، وكان السيد عادل وقتها مساعد مدير الشئون المالية للمراقبة المالية .  تكليفي بعمل لا يتحمله البشر ( استيفاء وتسليم واستلام مستندات )- تخص الإدارة المالية - خارج مقر العمل وفي عدة جهات – بنوك ، شركات تأمين ... - متباعدة والضغط علي لإنجاز هذا العمل في وقت قياسي – من الثانية عشر ظهرا للثانية بعد الظهر مثلا – وأتمكن بالفعل من ذلك – وإن لم أتمكن فالمصير المعد لي عند عودتي للعمل لا يخفى عن أحد - وأعود منهك القوى فأكمل عمل آخر بالشركة ويأتي وقت الانصراف – الثالثة والنصف عصرا – فيأمر المباشر لي – محمد عبد الفتاح – بجعلي أجلس ويقول بأسلوب ساخر – مهو لازم يقعد – فأجلس طاعة للتعليمات للسادسة والسابعة أحيانا مؤديا للأعمال التي أكلف بها وأطالب بمقابل مادي على هذه الساعات الإضافية كأي فرد في الإدارة فيرفض مهمشا لي ولجهدي ...  توزع مكافآت إعداد ميزانية بنهاية كل سنة مالية على كافة أفراد الإدارة المالية بدوني وكأني لست عضوا بها .  إهانات مستمرة وتجريح وسب علني وسخرية مني ومن عملي - الذي شهد لي به الجميع - من السيد / عادل راغب الناقة لي مباشرة واتهامات مستمرة بالتقصير في العمل رغم أنني أبذل قصارى جهدي فيما كلفت به – حفظ المستندات المحاسبية – مع أنني محاسب خريج تجارة القاهرة دفعة 1999 م ، وقدمت شكوى بهذه الإهانات للسيد رئيس مجلس الإدارة فحولها للشئون القانونية فأخذت تحقق معي رغم أني المشتكي ، ولكن تدارك السيد عادل الموقف وكتب عدة شكاوي في وأنا بريء منها كلها – أشهد الله – وعند طلبي زميلتي في المكتب لتشهد معي على تدبيره لأحد هذه الشكاوي شهدت زورا وغيرت أقوالها أمام الشئون القانونية خوفا منه ، ولكن زميلي الآخر بقسم الأجور والاستحقاقات شهد بالحق . وقد كانت حالتي الصحية وقتها سيئة جدا فقد كنت أستعد لإجراء جراحة ، واطلع السيد / خالد يس المختص بالتحقيق معي على كل المستندات والشهادات المرضية الخاصة بالنقاط التي شكاني فيها السيد عادل راغب .  بعد قول السيد عادل الناقة لي باللفظ : إمشي إطلع برة صبيحة أحد الأيام بدون سبب وبمنته القسوى - وذلك بعدما دخل الإدارة في الثامنة صباحا فورا وكأنه مبيتا لي ذلك - لم أتمالك نفسي فركدت خلفه - بعدما غلى الدم في عروقي وشعرت أن دماغي ستنفجر - وقلت له لا يحق لك مهما كنت سبي بهذا الأسلوب فكرر الإهانة بمكتب زميلي : محمد عبد الفتاح .  لي أجازات سنوية أطالب بها كأي موظف فيرفض وعندما أقوم بها لظروف خاصة وخارجة عن إرادتي وأقدمها لسيادته ليعتمدها يعتبرها غياب بدون إذن ويخصمها من مرتب الشهر مع خصم مبلغ آخر ويعتبرني مخطئ ويجازيني متناسي أنني لا أقدم إجازة إلا لظرف ولسبب قوي .  وعند إجرائي جراحة منظار في الجيوب الأنفية قمت بتقديم الفواتير لطبيب الشركة بعد أن أخذت موافقته على اختيار الجراح والمستشفى ، سيدي الوزير أنا لم أكن راغبا في العلاج بمعرفتي ولكن ما لاقيته من جهد ومشقة في العلاج عن طريق الشركة استمر أكثر من شهر مابين كشوفات وأشعات وتحويلات من طبيب لطبيب جعلني ذلك كله لا أحتمل وحالتي بالفعل من كثرة الأدوية والمسكنات التي كنت آخذها باتت سيئة للغاية فوافق لي طبيب الشركة على العلاج بمعرفتي ولم يبلغني مطلقا بما ينوي فعله كل ما قاله لي سنطبق اللوائح ، وقدمت له فواتير العلاج وفوجئت أنه خصم 1565.5 ج من إجمالي تكلفة العملية البالغ 3865 ج ومما خصمه طبيب الشركة دواء مضاد حيوي كرره لي الطبيب المتخصص عدة مرات فقال طبيب الشركة لا ينبغي هذا التكرار وخصم نسبة من أتعاب الجراح وخصم تحليلات دم طلبها الجراح وخصم أشعات ولا أعرف السبب الفعلي لهذه الخصومات حتى وقتي هذا .  وفي يوم 4 / 4 / 2007 ، وكما هو الحال كل سنة تم توزيع الأرباح على العاملين بالشركة واتصلت بإدارة الأجور والاستحقاقات فصدمني السيد هاني المسئول بها بأنه ليس لي أرباح لأن تاريخ استقالتي سبق تاريخ توزيع الأرباح وأشهد الله أني لم أبلغ بذلك مطلقا فقد خصموا مني أربعة عشر شهرا أرباح تخصني عن عام 2006 و أرباح تحسب عن ثلاثة أشهر قضيتها خلال عام 2007 .  أما بالنسبة للشئون الإدارية فقد أوقفت صرف مرتبي الشهري واعتبرتني منقطعا عن العمل لأني تغيبت عن عملي من تاريخ نهاية الأجازة المرضية حوالي أسبوع أو أكثر لما لاقيته من عناء وسوء معاملة وإهانات ولعدم تحسن صحتي وأنذرتني شفويا بواسطة مديرها شخصيا بالفصل وقال لي عندما خاطبته هاتفيا باللفظ : - أنا من أوقف مرتبك لحسن يكون للشركة حاجة عندك ، وكأنه هو وحده من يحرص ويضحي ويخلص في الحفاظ على حقوق الشركة .  سيدي الوزير / كتبت لسيادتكم بعد تقديم استقالتي من الشركة المصرية الدولية لتكنولوجيا الغاز بتاريخ 28/3/2007 بعد أن عدت من الجراحة وطالبت بثلاثة أشهر إجازة لشعوري بألم في الدماغ وهذيان مستمر فرفض طلبي رفضا نائيا وبعد قضائي بها سنتين وثمانية أشهر بدون عقد تعين شركة وبمقابل مادي قدره 600 ج مصري تقريبا لأنني بالفعل أصبحت محطم نفسيا بسبب سوء المعاملة وساءت ظروفي الصحية فعلا بسبب ما فعل بي راجيا من المولى العلي القدير أن تردوا لي حقي وتجازوا من أساء لي وأستحلفكم بالله سؤال زملائي – سابقا – بالإدارة المالية إن كان صدر مني أي خلل أو تقصير أو إهانة لأي فرد طيلة فترة عملي بالشركة.  سيدي الوزير / سأصرح لكم - وإن لم أصرح لكم فلمن أصرح ؟ - بالسبب الذي له قدمت استقالتي .. بالسبب الذي ذقت له المرار وقاسيت وتجرعت من أجله الذل كآسات .. بالسبب الذي له قدم علي ابن الحادية والعشرون عام والذي سحب من أجله الكرسي مني .. سأصرح لكم بالسبب الذي لولاه لما أخذ مقعدي من موظفين جدد .. سأصرح لكم الآن في السادس من رمضان وبعد أكثر من عام مر على إجباري على الاستقالة .. وبعد أن تحملت أكثر من عامين كاملين هذا الشخص .. تحملت جوره وظلمة ومظهره . سأصرح لكم بالسبب الرئيس يا سيادة الوزير لتعلموا كيفية إدارة هذا المدير وكيفية تعامله مع أفراد إدارته : ذات يوم دعاني لمكتبه وأخذ يلمح ويصرح ويشير بيديه ويتفوه بلسانه ويعبر بنظراته عن رغبته في قبض نسبة تتراوح بين 10 % و 15 % من المرتب الشهري الذي أتقاضاه ، بالطبع أنا ذهلت وتخيلت أنه يختبرني أو يريد تلفيق تهمة لي فلم يكن يخيل لي أبدا أن شخص في منصبه يتقاضى عشرين ضعف ما أتقاضاه سينظر لهذه النسبة ، فالتزمت الصمت وسمعت كل حواره وحفظته في عقلي وخرجت من مكتبه بعدها وجلست أفكر وأسترجع ألفاظه ونظراته وعبارته ، كان وقتها يا سيدي يخيل لي شخص متعطش للمال يعي جيدا متى يبتسم ومتى يكشر عن أنيابه .. يدرك تماما أنه في موقع يسمح له بفعل أي شيء ، شعرت أنني لم أكن أجلس وقتها مع مدير مسئول عن أكثر من ثلاثون أسرة ولكن تبدت لي هيئته كبلطجي يفرض إتاوة على الموظفين ليرحمهم ويحميهم ولا يحملهم فوق طاقتهم ، ومن لا يدفع يجلس للعتمة ولمنتصف الليل وإن لم يكن لديه عمل يقوم به ، يجلس وخلاص . وبعد عدة أيام وقبل صرف المرتبات بدأ يجس نبضي عن طريق زميل - سأطلبه للشهادة - فتقدم نحوي وأنا أحرر شيكات وقال لي : - خد رقم حسابه وارمهمله فيه ... هنا فقط تأكدت من تلميحاته ، وتيقنت أنه تخيل أني خائف أو مذهول من طلبه ، سيادة الوزير هل كل القطاع بهذه الصورة ؟؟ أرجو أن تجيب فلم يعد لدي ثقة أبدا ؟؟ ------------------------------------ o سيدي الوزير وبعد أن لاحظت زميلتي في المكتب أنني محطم وأن مديري المباشر يوجه كل إمكانياته ويوظف كل طاقاته ويأمر كل موظفيه لإنهاء مستقبلي المهني وتحطيم حياتي والقضاء على كل ما حققته في الشركة في مدة عامين ونصف تقريبا .. وبعد أن أكلت معها عيش وملح في الشركة أكثر من مرة نتقاسم اللقمة سويا ونتحدث في أمور حياتنا والأزمات التي مررنا بها .. وبعد أن تأكدت أن نهايتي حتمية على يد هذا الطاغية .. نهاية حتمية لا محالة إما بالموت أو المرض الذي لا شفاء منه أو بالطرد من الشركة .. فخبرتها وتعاملها معه جعلتها على دراية تامة بأساليبه الرخيصة الخسيسة في القهر والإذلال .. وبعد أن تيقنت تماما من كل هذا ولعلمها التام بأننا كنا نعمل في غابة مدراءها جميعا ذئاب .. قالت لي كلمة تذكرتها للتو : - قالت لي : - لازم حماية عشان تقدر تكمل هنا ، لازم حماية عشان تقدر تعيش هنا ، لازم حماية عشان تقدر تاكل عيش معانا ، لازم حماية عشان محدش يتعدى على حقوقك ، لازم حماية عشان محدش ياكل حقوقك . سيدي الوزير الآن فقط وبعد أن حدث لي كل ما حذرتني زميلتي في المكتب منه .. الآن فقط أيقنت حقا ما معنى كلمة حماية في قاموس هذا الطاغية .. أيقنت حقا أنني لابد أن أدفع له مالا لكي يعاملني كما يعامل جميع زملائي .. لابد أن أدفع له مالا لأحصل على أرباحي .. لابد أن أدفع له مالا لأعيش بصحة بدون جلطة أو شلل .. لابد أن أدفع له لكي لا أجلس لمنتصف الليل في الشركة بدون سبب ولا أتقاضى أوفرتايم .. أدركت فعلا الآن معنى كلمة حماية .. إذا فهذا الطاغية يحمي أكثر من 30 أسرة في إدارته بهذه الشركة .. إذا فهذا المدير كما يحمي يوجد من يحميه .. سيدي الوزير هل هذا المدير يحميه أحد ؟؟ --------------------------------  سيدي الوزير لم أتقدم لكم بهذه الشكوى إلا بعدما سمعت عنكم وعن حسن صنيعكم مع من ظلموا وجار عليهم مدرائهم وتمادوا وافتروا غير مبالين بأي قيم أو عادات أو تقاليد أو أعراف ، وأنا سيدي الوزير وأنا بين يديكم الآن لا ألتمس شيئا إلا عدل سيادتكم ويقيني بالله عز وجل كبير وثقتي بسيادتكم بلغت عنان السماء فأضع حياتي ومستقبلي ومستقبل أسرتي وطفلي الذي مازال في المهد بين يديكم وكلي ثقة بكم وسأرضى بقراركم أيا كان فإن كنت مسيء فأنا أستحق ما حدث لي وإن كنت محق فأنتم من سيجعلني محق وأنا موقن تماما أنكم قادرون على رد حقي واعتباري . والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل ،،، تم إرسال الشكوى لعدة جهات منها : -
