Dear Human Officers I contact you since all the injustice in JOrdan prisons I am talking about will be funded by Red cross as the prisoners in Jordan jails say: I know they fund these prisons for humanitarian causes but unfortunately it was diverted by Prison system here in Jordan to Profit them through throwing great number of people will old violations and misdemeaner records into prisons away from court system and through interior ministry officers called" Muhafiz" and " Mutasarrif" ..... and Red Cross are paying the Bill for these "muhafiz" unjust and brutal imprisonment away from any Court decision or trial: I like to call your attention to an important human rights issue and great injustice inflicted on us here in JORDAN: The issue is what is called " Jailing by order of "Muhafiz"/ (martial law representative for the Interior Ministry)" this jailing is done directly by the so called "Muhafiz" who is appointed by the interior minister , one Muhafiz for each province in Jordan! The Muhafiz do his jailing without trail or Judge verdict in a court of law !!!! ... In order to free the prisoner from jail if put in by the Muhafiz, the family of the prisoner have to have a proof of ownership of a real estate which will be sort of "confiscated" by the Muhafiz before allowing the release of the prisoners!!!! This real estate cann't be sold or dealt with by the Prisoner's family who own it untill the Muhafiz decide to lift his adminstrative "confiscation" of the real estate!!!!! Of course if the family of the prisoner is poor and doesn't have a real estate to put under the Muhafiz control, then their prisoned son will be thrown in Jail indefinitly !!!!! This is great unjustice done away from Court rooms!!!!! needless to say that the sons of big "tribes" which represents the back bone and the majority of Military forces are usually spared such a humilation!!!! and this injustices usually falls upon people not belong to these big tribes and usually inflicted on Jordanians of "Palestinian" origin!!!!!! I demand for the sake of humanity, to lift this inJustice and to make all prison decisions go through a judge of the Court System run by the Justice Ministry and not by these wild un-human vicious officers of Interior ministry called" Muhafiz"!! I believe that this injustice will be severly reduced if all the prison sentences is done by a judge of the Court system and if no confiscation of the prisoners family's estates is required ! I look forward to make all prison decisions to be done by judges in courts and for a specified period and not thrown in jail by interior ministry indefinitly untill being allowed to confiscate our belongings! نداء لمنظمات حقوق الإنسان

أتحدث إليكم بعدما علمت أن الصليب الأحمر يساعد علي رفع الظلم عن السجون الأردنية لأسباب إنسانية ، ولكن النظام الحبس في السجون يتم بإصدار قرارات من وزارة الداخلية أو المحافظ الذي بقر بقرر الحكم بعيدا عن قاعات المحاكم.

أود أن الفت أنتباهكم بالظلم وإنتهاكات حقوق الإنسان بالأردن والتي تندرج تحت مسمي "السجن بأمر المحافظ"

يصدر المحافظ أمر بالحبس بدون حكم قضائي ولكي يطلق سراح السجين يجب أن تقوم عائلته بتقديم دليل علي ملكيتها لقطعة أرض وتقديمها للمحافظ لكي تحصل علي البراءة. ,وإذا كان الأهل غير قادرين ولا يمكلون قطعة الأرض سيصدر قرار بحبس المتهم في الحال وهذا ظلم فادح. بينما أبناء القبائل الكبيرة المعروفة الذين يملكون السلطة لديهم حصانة ضد هذه الممارسات ويقع الضرر فقط علي أبناء الطبقات الأدني من ليس لهم حصانة وغالبيتهم من الأردنيين من أصل فلسطيني.

أرجو المساعدة في رفع الظلم عن السجناء وتطبيق الأحكام عن طريق المحاكم الشرعية ( القاضي) بوزارة العدل

وليس بقرار من المحافظ التابع لوزارة الداخلية.
